Reiki is a Japanese technique that helps with stress reduction and relaxation but at the same time it promotes healing on all levels. Did you know that everything and everyone is made up of energy? With that being said, it is important for our energetic flow to be balanced. Why? Im glad you asked, because when they are not balanced it means that our energetic flow is either overactive or underactive, which can have an effect on our psychological, physical health. Some of the benefits from Reiki Session is helping with anxiety, fatigue, better sleep, helps reduce pain and symptoms, helps with focus, balance or mental, emotional and physical, helps clear toxins, helps support the immune system, etc. All in all its about health and well being of your Mind, Body and Spirit. I am here to help get any energetic barriers knocked down and getting that energetic flow back into balance so that you are able to live the best quality life that we were designed to have in the first place.
