What is reiki?

Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.
How do I care for my crystals?

Each bracelet is cleansed and saged prior to shipment to ensure it delivers the maximum amount of benefit to you. We recommend wearing them daily and cleansing them regularly to keep your crystals at a high vibration. Is my crystal product waterproof?

Our products are handmade from Grade-A+ or more, individually-selected crystals. The stones are all natural and 100% authentic, but we do not recommend getting your jewelry wet as it can break down the structural integrity of the item over time.
What if my jewelry doesn't fit?

The bracelets are approximately 7 to 7 1/12” if you need a bigger or smaller size please feel free to let me know with 24hrs of placing your order in the Contact Us section, so that adjustments can be made. Once order has been packaged and/or shipped, there is nothing that we can do.
Will my product look exactly like the one in the photo?

Gemstones are a natural material and each gemstone is unique. Please note that stone colors and patterns may vary from one piece to another. It is possible that the placement of stones may be different between two pieces of jewelry making your jewelry truly one-of-a-kind and beautifully unique, just like you.
