This workshop is designed for sensitive souls who are ready to better understand their gifts, protect their energy, and navigate life with more clarity and empowerment. What is an Empath? An empath doesn’t just understand how others feel, they feel it themselves, often taking on emotions, sensations, and energy from people, places, and situations. While it’s a beautiful gift, it can also be overwhelming without the right tools and awareness. In this workshop, we’ll explore: • The difference between empathy and being an empath • What it means to be a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) • The different types of empaths: emotional, physical, intuitive, and more • How to stop absorbing energy that doesn’t belong to you • How to tell the difference between your feelings and someone else’s • Understanding and developing your intuitive gifts (“the Clairs”) • Tools and rituals to protect, clear, and ground your energy • Everyday tips for navigating relationships, work, and the world as an empath This is a safe and supportive space to share your experiences, ask questions, and learn practical strategies to turn your sensitivity into your superpower. This Workshop is for You If: • You feel overwhelmed in crowds or around intense emotions • You’ve ever been told you’re “too sensitive” • You get emotional out of nowhere and can’t explain why • You’re curious about the word Empath and where it comes from • You want to better understand how to manage your energy • You’re ready to reclaim your power as a sensitive, intuitive being As a strong empath myself, this subject is deeply personal. For years, I didn’t understand why I felt so much, and why I often felt so off. I want to share what I’ve learned so you don’t have to walk this path confused or alone. By the end of our time together, my intention is for you to leave feeling grounded, empowered, and with a deeper understanding of who you are and how to walk confidently in the world as an empath.
