**Refunds, Exchanges, and Returns**
- We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for the Monthly Crystal Box Subscription.
 
**Cancellation Policy**
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- To avoid being charged for the upcoming month, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date.
- For example, if you made a purchase on May 15, 2024, and wish to cancel for the next month, you must cancel by June 13, 2024. If cancellation is not made by this date, your card will be automatically charged, and you will receive that month's box.

- Remember to cancel at least 48 hours before your card is due to be charged again.
