Maybe you’ve noticed repeating numbers everywhere you look. Perhaps you found a feather in an unexpected place, thought about someone only to have them call moments later, or experienced a feeling deep inside that told you exactly what you needed to do.

Many people have experienced these moments, but few stop to ask why.

One of the questions I get asked most often is, “What is the difference between a spirit guide and an angel?”

The truth is that many people use the terms interchangeably, but they are not necessarily the same thing.

So what exactly is an angel?

What is a spirit guide?

Where do they come from?

What do they do?

How do you strengthen your connection with your team?

And most importantly, how do they communicate with us?

These are questions that have fascinated people for centuries.

Some believe angels are divine beings created to guide, protect, and support us throughout our lives. Others believe spirit guides are souls who have walked a path before us and now assist us from the spiritual side. Some people believe guides can include ancestors, teachers, healers, protectors, or even souls who have been with us long before we came into this lifetime.

But how do we know if they are trying to communicate with us?

The answer is not always as obvious as people think.

Messages can come through intuition, dreams, signs, synchronicities, feelings, thoughts, and experiences that seem too meaningful to dismiss as coincidence. Sometimes guidance is loud and clear. Other times it can be so subtle that we miss it completely.

The good news is that awareness can be developed.

The more we understand how guidance works, the easier it becomes to recognize the signs that may already be appearing in our lives.

That is exactly what we will be exploring in my upcoming Spirit Guides & Angels Workshop.
