On the morning of Saturday, August 23rd at 10 a.m., the heart of downtown Murrieta will hum with ancient vibrations, calling you into stillness. Imagine yourself lying comfortably, eyes closed, as waves of sound ripple through the air, the gentle resonance of crystal singing bowls, the soft chimes, and the deep, grounding tones of the gong.
A Sound Bath is more than a listening experience, it is a journey. Each vibration moves through your body like ripples across water, loosening tension, clearing energetic blockages, and quieting the mind’s restless chatter. Modern research has shown that sound therapy can help lower stress, reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and encourage a meditative state where the body can naturally restore balance.
