Start the new year lighter, freer, and more inspired! In this powerful 2-hour Smash Plate Workshop, you’ll break more than just a plate, you’ll break old patterns, lingering doubts, and anything else that no longer serves you.

Here’s how it works:

• You’ll receive your own ceramic plate, markers to write or draw, stickers, beads anything that is arts and crafty, etc., what you’re ready to release on one side, and what you’re welcoming in for 2026 on the other.

• Through guided reflection and intention-setting, you’ll connect deeply to your personal release and renewal journey.

• Then comes the Empowerment, Healing, Freeing, Liberating, Transformative, Releasing, Refreshing moment, you’ll smash your plate in a safe, controlled environment, symbolically shattering the old to make space for the new (because remember when you remove you make room).

• Using the broken fragments, you’ll create a beautiful piece of art to take home, your personal reminder of…
